The third day of the training brought partners together to work on “Ukrainian Women’s Day”, the final learning and networking component of the educational-social Model “Successful UA Women in CCS”.
Partners analysed and tested both workshop modules available on the e-learning platform, focusing on how local communities and local businesses can contribute to the social and labour market integration of Ukrainian women. Through collaborative discussions, participants identified potential improvements to ensure the materials are practical, engaging, and impactful.
The day also included a review of the Pedagogy for Facilitating the Social and Learning Networking Event “Ukrainian Women’s Day”, helping ensure that facilitators are equipped to successfully organise networking activities, community dialogue, and stakeholder engagement. The programme concluded with discussions on the upcoming piloting phase, bringing the partnership one step closer to implementing the full Model and supporting Ukrainian women in building new opportunities across Europe!
