What are we creating?

The project activities are oriented into the development of an educational-social Model “Successful UA women in CCS” with social innovative solutions to help Ukrainian women. The Model aims to increase women’s motivation and competences for self-employment in CCS for integration into the labour market and to implement social support mechanism by organizing social and learning networking event “UA Women’s Day”, which goes beyond simply providing access to employment opportunities, but also encourages the commitment of local population and local businesses to ensure social integration of Ukrainian women. The Model includes four learning modules:

Motivation workshop

Motivation workshop “Innovation solutions in CCS for Ukrainian Women” to motivate and empower Ukrainian women for self-employment in Cultural and Creative sectors.

E-Studio “Ukrainian women’s self-employment in CCS-how to be successful” to deepen the knowledge of Ukrainian women on the competences needed to start and successfully run own business in Cultural and Creative sectors.

Ukrainian Women’s Day

Ukrainian Women’s Day as a social support mechanism for Ukrainian women in accessing the employment opportunities and involving local population and local businesses to ensure the social integration of Ukrainian women.
