The Go Forward project partners have successfully developed the learning materials for the e-Studio “Women’s self-employment in CCS – how to be successful”, designed to equip Ukrainian women with the knowledge and skills needed to explore and develop their own professional pathways in the Cultural and Creative Sectors (CCS). The e-Studio includes an engaging Introduction highlighting the importance of participation, as well as four NOOCs (Nano Online Open Courses) covering key competences: cultural awareness and expression, basic principles of entrepreneurship, digitalisation opportunities, and realising self-employment ideas in CCS. In addition, a comprehensive assessment tool supports learners in reflecting on their progress and identifying further learning needs. Together, these materials form the second module of the project’s educational and social model “Successful UA Women in CCS” and will be available on the project’s e-learning platform as interactive, user-friendly resources aimed at fostering confidence, skills development, and sustainable self-employment opportunities.
